Our Story
Southside Electrical Services began with co-owner Jerad Purvis’ passion for the electrical industry back in the 1990s.
After mastering his trade through years of hands-on experience in new construction projects, Jerad earned his Master Electrical Certification and became a Licensed Electrical Contractor in 2007.
What started as a part-time passion project evolved into a family-owned business in 2020, when Jerad and his wife Michelle decided to dedicate themselves fully to Southside Electrical Services.
Today, we proudly serve residents and business owners throughout Lake County and The Villages, ensuring that every job reflects the family values and integrity that define our company.
